Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order

• Minimum Order: The minimum order for wholesale customers is $300 AUD + Postage costs.

Shipping & Delivery

• Fast Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks - Excludes special requests for custom displays or custom specimens
• Flexible Shipping Options: We offer reliable shipping methods within Australia and, for selected international destinations, as well. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly for rates.
• Careful Packaging: Given the delicate nature of our specimens, we ensure that all orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. however if there is any damage don't hesitate to get in touch so we can have it resolved quickly

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there are any issues with your items upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days for assistance. Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged during shipping or is defective.
