I am so happy to be able to offer my products to retailers no matter how small and regardless of if you have a physical store! I am currently a one person run business doing my best to offer wholesale to a limited amount of stores as i can only do so much alone!

How to Become a Wholesale Partner

To apply, simply go via one of my two options:

Ge in touch: send over an email to mellows.oddities@yahoo.com, I ask for basic business information, including your business name and any relevant information, to verify your eligibility for wholesale pricing.

Faire, is a wholesale website I use as a sales platform that will show you what i currently have available for purchase and I am always open to customization so please don't feel limited to the available stock, you're welcome to reach out and make custom requests!

Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order

Minimum Order: The minimum order for wholesale customers is $300 AUD + Shipping 

Pricing:  I offer wholesale at 40%-50%, as i like to keep my prices low for my customer base, however you're welcome to adjust my RRP as you see fit to suit your store and customers. 

Shipping & Delivery

Average Shipping : Orders are typically processed within 1-4 weeks - Excludes special requests for custom displays or custom specimens, if there is ever any delays i will reach out to let you know. 

I am one person working from the start of processing specimens to handmaking all the backgrounds & other goodies to make finished products! This takes me a lot of time especially with a family so please be patient, i always aim to have your order out asap

I ship via Australia post, with tracking & insurance to protect both myself & you from any shipping mishaps! 

Careful Packaging: Given the delicate nature of our specimens and glass, i ensure that all packages are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. I primarily use recyclable packing paper for my orders however I do often reuse a lot of packaging materials that I receive so I will also have general plastics & bio-degradable plastic wrap.

If there is any damage don't hesitate to get in touch so i can have it resolved quickly 

Custom Wholesale Orders

I welcome custom wholesale orders! Whether you need specific items, designs, or quantities, i am happy to work with you to create displays tailored to your preferences as every customer base is different.

Please note that custom orders may require additional time due to the specimen preparation process, so i encourage you to reach out in advance to discuss details.

Return Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there are any issues with your items upon arrival, please contact me within 14 days for assistance. Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted on custom orders unless the item is damaged during shipping or is defective.
