About the Workshop

Our workshops are occasionally held in person at The Crystal Faery Australia, where creativity and nature come together in a fun and engaging environment. Ticket prices vary depending on the size of your display, with budget-friendly options available. Whether you're creating a small or large display, the process is relaxed, and there’s no time limit. Each session typically lasts 1-2 hours, but you can work at your own pace.

For our Small Display, you'll receive:

1x Frame or Dome - Your Choice
1x Specimen of choice

For the XXL Display, you'll receive:

1x XXL Glass Dome
2x Specimens of Choice

On the day of the workshop, I provide an abundance of specimens, dried flowers, sticks, figures, and more to help bring your vision to life. You're also welcome to bring your own items, as long as they won’t introduce moisture to your display.

Feel free to work independently or ask for assistance—I’m here to guide you along the way! Please note, we will be working with hot glue, so children ages 7+ will need a guardian present to supervise them throughout the session.


About DIY Kits

DIY Kits include:

- A glass Dome
- A Ready-to-display specimen
- an assortment of craft materials

You will need:

- Glue, I recommend hot glue

Optional:

Feel free to add anything you'd like to your display, as long as it won't cause moisture to build up inside. You can include rocks, figures, etc. Just make sure that anything brought in from outside is thoroughly cleaned and/or frozen to prevent critters from entering your display.

Workshop!

  • Frames


    Frames available in black, wood, and white, or a 30x30cm black frame.

  • Specimens

    The specimens are assorted, and I try to bring at least two of each, along with a variety of different types. If you're looking for something specific, please reach out before the event.

  • Domes


    Small domes are approximately 12-15cm tall, while our XXL domes stand around 20cm tall. This range gives you the creative freedom to create a display that fits your desired size or budget.

  • Bring Your Creativity!

    While bringing additional items is optional, you're welcome to add anything you think will fit inside your dome—just make sure it won’t cause moisture to build up inside your display.
